Trader Joe's Favorites + Arbonne 30 Day to Healthy Living

Every time I commit to doing Arbonne's 30 Days to Healthy Living I LOVE all the new recipes I get! I always challenge myself to try new recipes and get out of my comfort zone with things that are familiar to me. Through doing this I have slowly swapped out my old staples with new ones that have clean ingredients and are compliant for the 30 Days. There are SO many different options when it comes to brands and taste - through lots of trial and error these are my MUST HAVES from Trader Joe's anytime I am doing a 30 Days to Healthy Living.


For the 30 Days to healthy living we are taking a break from things that can cause inflammation in the body and can be allergenic that includes foods like..

  • alcohol

  • coffee

  • dairy

  • wheat

  • gluten

  • soy (except organic, non-GMO tempeh)

  • artificial sweeteners




So all of my recommendations here fit within the guidelines of the 30 Days!




Organic Vegetable Broth / Organic Chicken Broth

The BEST value it is a fraction of the price of organic broth at Publix and other grocery stores, I always stock up when I go to TJs!


Organic Almonds and Nuts

My absolute favorite is the unsalted almonds and cashews (for after the 30 days). There are also A TON of options I prefer raw or roasted and try to get the nuts without salt.






Organic Oats

I used to not care if my oatmeal was organic or not until I found that conventional oats are typically sprayed with glyphosate, which is cancer causing.. with that knowledge I couldn't go back.. so organic it is and TJs price is better than what I have found elsewhere.







Organic Coconut Aminos

If you are unfamiliar with coconut aminos, it is a perfect replacement for soy sauce during the 30 days. Price and taste are great!












Creamy Almond Butter / Crunchy Almond Butter

THE BEST. I have tried so many almond butters in my health journey especially during my 30 days to find a sub for peanut butter... and there are a lot of not good ones in my opinion.. TJ's creamy and crunchy almond butter is IT. The taste, texture - its the perfect mix for me.






Organic Brown Rice Pasta

AGAIN- THE BEST. I have tried a TON of brown rice pastas and although I do love Bonza, The TJ's Organic Brown Rice Pasta in the green bag tastes like normal pasta and has the same texture. Also, the price point on these is less than others that weren't as good. The perfect substitution for your 30 days and beyond! And note those ingredients.. organic brown rice + water. It's magic







Frozen Organic Brown Rice

So easy and convenient and I try to always have this on hand for quick lunches or dinner.















Organic Canned Coconut Milk

Another TJ's win for the amazing price point on organic.. its a fraction of what you find at other grocery stores!










Organic Canned Goods

Some canned staples for me that I stock up with at Trader Joe's are - organic canned diced tomatoes, organic canned black beans, organic canned garbanzo beans.



Organic Frozen Fruit + Veggies

TJs and surprisingly Target (I will save that for another post) have the best prices for frozen organic fruits and veggies! Love having frozen veggies on hand for a quick meal - coconut aminos + brown rice + egg = fried rice!!


Organic Produce

I love checking with organic produce they have and will usually pick up a few of my favorites, some staples include: organic sweet potatoes, organic green apples, organic avocados, organic squashes, organic zucchinis, organic mushrooms, organic spinach.



I will do another post of some of my all time favorite items that are 30 day compliant!
